Jeffrey E. Levine, Chairman

Jeffrey E. Levine, Chairman of Douglaston Development LLC, Levine Builders, and Clinton Management LLC, has directed the new construction and/or rehabilitation of thousands of residential units, including both affordable and luxury housing, student housing, hotels, senior living, health care facilities and millions of square feet of commercial retail, office and institutional space since founding the companies in 1979. He most recently developed the Edge along the Williamsburg waterfront in Brooklyn, a 1.5 million square feet mixed use project, which includes approximately 2,000 residential units, over 60,000 square feet of retail, structured parking, a water taxi pier and a pedestrian esplanade. 2 North 6th Place, which is the last phase of the development, is currently underway and is expected to be completed in mid-2017. Stuart R. Morris, Chief Executive Officer

Stuart Morris joined Levine Builders in 1996 as its Chief Operating Officer, and was promoted to his current position in 2008. Mr. Morris has over 35 years of design, program management & construction experience in the real estate industry. Mr. Morris is responsible for leading the Levine Builders team in construction operations, policies and procedures spanning business development thru completion. Mr. Morris has managed the staff on over 100 successful projects encompassing over 7,000 residential units for a cost of over $2 billion dollars of construction.

Prior to joining the company, Mr. Morris served as program manager for the Games Organizing Committee, where he created the Venue Development process as Deputy Director of Operations for the Special Olympics World Games. Previously, Mr. Morris held a Program Management position at Yale University's Facilities in the Planning and Project Management Department and established new program standards and procedures for their Capital Program. Mr. Morris was also the Senior Land Project Manager to the Disneyland Paris Project from conceptual design in California to construction and opening day in France. Earlier in his career, Mr. Morris was a design architect with a Westchester firm. Mr. Morris holds a dual degree of Bachelor of Architecture and Bachelor of Arts & Sciences from Syracuse University.

Cathy Savino-Berger, Chief Financial Officer

Cathy Savino-Berger joined Levine Builders in 1992 and brings nearly 30 years of experience to the company. Promoted to CFO in 2005, Ms. Savino-Berger works directly with lenders, auditors, surety and government agencies while leading the company's accounting, human resources, compliance and risk management groups. During her tenure with the company, she has overseen financial reporting of over $2 billion in construction revenue. Prior to joining Levine Builders, Ms. Savino-Berger spent 5 years in a medium size public accounting firm specializing in construction accounting. Ms. Savino-Berger earned a B.S. in Public Accounting from Mercy College and currently serves on the Sentinel Benefits Client Advisory Board.

Tom Epstein, Executive Director of Construction

Tom Epstein joined Levine Builders in 1987, and brings over 35 years of construction experience to the company. As a Project Executive, Mr. Epstein has been responsible for overseeing some of the largest and complex Levine Builders construction projects. Mr. Epstein's prior experience as a Construction Superintendent and Project Manager along with his present role as Project Executive gives him the knowledge and confidence to navigate through the difficulties encountered during a project's construction life-cycle from Pre-construction to Certificate of Occupancy. Mr. Epstein holds his B.A. from SUNY Stony Brook.

David G. Rowley, Vice President - Technical Services

David Rowley joined Levine Builders in 2003, and brings over 53 years of construction experience to the company. A Quantity Surveyor by profession, Mr. Rowley is responsible for managing pre-construction services for the company, including estimating and scheduling, budget preparation, document distribution to potential subcontract bidders, and development and oversight of general conditions costs. Prior to joining Levine Builders, Mr. Rowley held various senior positions with major Construction Management / General Contracting companies and for 10 years was a senior Cost Consultant with IBM's Real Estate and Construction Division. Mr. Rowley holds a Higher National Certificate in Building and Surveying (Bachelor of Science, Construction), from Surrey University, UK, and is a lifetime member of Association for the Advancement of Cost Engineering (AACE) International. Mr. Rowley is a past Member of the Institute of Building (MIOB), London, England.

Mike Tinnirello, Vice President - Project Executive

Mike Tinnirello joined Levine Builders in 1995, and brings over 25 years of Construction Management and General Contracting experience to the company. Mr. Tinnirello joined the company as an Assistant Project Superintendent and quickly grew to be a Project Superintendent, then a Project Manager, and was promoted in 2011 to his current role as a Project Executive. Mr. Tinnirello is responsible for managing a team of Project Managers, Contract & Document Administrators, Estimators, Accountants, Project Safety & Risk Managers and Project Superintendent teams. Mr. Tinnirello works directly with all state and local construction and development agencies, project developers, lending agents, consultants, engineers, architects, project subcontractors and building management during the full construction lifecycle of each project through to their successful completion. Before joining Levine Builders, Mr. Tinnirello was an Assistant Superintendent / Project Manager intern with Tishman Construction. Mr. Tinnirello holds a B.S. of Architecture, from New York Institute of Technology (NYIT), and holds numerous Construction and Executive Management Training Certifications.
