Marc Conti is a Project Executive at Levine Builders. In his role, Mr. Conti focuses on ground up construction and oversees and manages Levine’s affordable housing division. Mr. Conti joined the company in 2023, bringing 30 years of experience to the role, including high end residential, market rate, hospitality, and affordable housing projects.

Mr. Conti is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the construction process from pre-construction design to the bid/award process, to complex construction logistics, and project completion. His responsibilities include working directly with the development team including owners, lenders, design consultants, architects, engineers, and local agencies to ensure the successful transition of the project to facilities management.

Mr. Conti holds a B.A. from The State University of New York at Stony Brook.
