David Carasso is a Senior Project Manager at Levine Builders. In this role, Mr. Carasso oversees the tenant-in-place rehabilitation of NYCHA Linden Houses and Penn-Wortman, and will soon oversee the ground-up construction of 2868 Webster Ave., a 100% affordable senior housing complex in the Bronx.

Mr. Carasso joined the company in 2006 and brings over 20 years of experience in the industry. He most recently oversaw the rehabilitation of over 1,900 units of NYCHA housing and surrounding grounds in East New York.

Mr. Carasso holds a B.S. in Business Administration and Management from Syracuse University.
