The project will also include 31,000 square feet of ground floor retail space and an underground parking garage.

1057 Atlantic Avenue is one of the last new housing projects eligible for long-term tax exemption under the recently expired Affordable New York Housing Program, 421-a.

Construction began in 2022 and is expected to complete in 2025.
