Carmine Nicoletta is a Senior Project Manager at Levine Builders where he oversees and coordinates Affordable Housing projects. He currently manages the Comprehensive Modernization of St. Nicholas Houses which is one of the New York Housing Authority’s largest design-build projects. 

Mr. Nicoletta joined the company in 2024, and brings 30 years of experience in affordable housing, institutional, healthcare, and hospitality construction. 

Mr. Nicoletta holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the New York Institute of Technology.
