Joseph Kremar is a Project Executive at Levine Builders. In his role, Mr. Kremar administers and supervises market-rate construction projects through all stages, including preconstruction, design review, value analysis, estimating, bidding, contract administration, daily management, and talent development, all while maintaining the highest standards of quality in construction.

Mr. Kremar joined the company in 2023, bringing over 19 years of experience at Lendlease. His projects have ranged from a boutique $4M overbuild renovation to a 1.3M square-foot, $900M tower, and all scales in between.

Mr. Kremar holds a Bachelor of Architecture from the New York Institute of Technology.
