Mohamed Hemida is a Senior Project Manager at Levine Builders. In his role, Mr. Hemida oversees and assists with all aspects of construction throughout the lifecycle of the project. This begins with preconstruction, including subcontractor awarding. He is also responsible for preparing the project schedule and budget, managing and maintaining budgets, contract item lists, and various documents. Mr. Hemida oversees and prepares project reports for management and clients and establishes cross-functional communication with the development team, architects, site engineers, subcontractors, and site safety managers.

Mr. Hemida joined the company in 2022, bringing 13 years of combined project management, contracting and consulting experience in residential and commercial construction projects. He is a member of the New York Board of Professional Engineers, and the American Society of Engineers.

Mr. Hemida holds a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from Mansoura University in Egypt.
